Inner child work is among the most profound and transformative practices we can engage in. Families, cultural norms, and childhood trauma often lead us to reject our inner child, cutting off access to wonder, joy, and even the pain and suffering that require acknowledgment for healing. If our goal is to achieve wholeness, it is essential to integrate the child we once were with the adult we have become.

This advanced class is designed for hypnotherapists who wish to deepen their understanding and refine their skills in guiding clients through this vital work.

Class Objectives:
Through experiential sessions, participants will:

  • Explore and identify the child self within.

  • Learn techniques to build a trusting and supportive relationship with the inner child.

  • Gain practical tools to guide clients in their own inner child healing journeys.

Reconnect with the inner child to foster joy, resilience, and wholeness in yourself and your clients.

A hypnotherapist since 1992, Reiki Master Teacher, and shamanic practitioner, Annie brings a rich tapestry of knowledge and experience to her practice. She integrates advanced training in Ancestral Healing, Quantum Consciousness, Biofield Tuning, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Past Life Regression, Spirit Releasement Therapy, Sand Play Therapy, and Brainspotting to offer a truly holistic approach to healing and transformation.
