This advanced course is designed for hypnotherapists seeking to deepen their understanding and application of Brainspotting, a powerful somatic modality that facilitates the processing and release of trauma stored in the body.

As hypnotherapists, we recognize the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, and the diverse array of tools available for healing. Brainspotting offers a focused approach to accessing and resolving issues, promoting profound healing and transformation.

While foundational Brainspotting techniques are introduced in standard HCH’s hypnotherapy training, this advanced course delves into more nuanced practices and provides additional methods to enhance your therapeutic work.

Course Highlights:

  • Advanced Techniques: Explore and practice sophisticated Brainspotting methods, including Inside/Outside BSP, DoubleSpotting, Advanced Gazespotting, and Advanced Z Axis BSP (BrainSweeps and Proximity).


  • Performance and Creativity Expansion: Learn how to apply Brainspotting to enhance performance and creativity, utilizing models such as the BSP Sports Trauma Model and the 15 Guidelines to Performance and Creativity Expansion.

  • Specialized Applications: Gain insights into specialized applications of Brainspotting, including Dreamspotting, the Expansion Model, and Bodyspotting, to address a wide range of client needs.

  • Interactive Learning: Engage in experiential sessions, case discussions, and receive personalized feedback to refine your skills and integrate advanced Brainspotting techniques into your practice.

By the end of this course, you will have acquired a deeper understanding of Brainspotting and its applications, empowering you to facilitate more profound healing experiences for your clients.

Note: This course is intended for certified hypnotherapists who have completed basic Brainspotting training
