Under the California Department of Consumer Affairs, HCH is approved by the California Board for Registered Nurses, and The California Board of Behavioral Science to offer training for continuing education for professionals. HCH is Board approved for Clinical Hypnotherapy Training by the National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists. HCH Institute is approved for Hypnotherapy Training by The International Professional Board of Hypnotherapy. HCH is accredited by the International Board for Regression Therapy for the training of Hypnotherapists and Regression Therapists.
Because HCH holds all of these approvals, under the new California legislation of 2010 regulating post secondary schools in CA, HCH is now exempt from being approved by the Bureau of Private Postsecondary Education.
