All Hypnotherapists are graduates
certified by HCH and supervised by Dr. Holly Holmes-Meredith, D Min, MA, MFT, Clinical Director.
For veterans who have never used their benefits, the appropriate application is VA Form 22-1990 or VA Form 22-5490 for other eligible dependents.
For veterans who have used their benefits previously, the appropriate application is VA Form 22-1995, or VA Form 22-5495 for other eligible dependents.
These forms may be submitted over the Internet. The applications are available at gIbill.va.gov Select the link "EDUCATION BENEFITS" and then "EDUCATION FORMS". After submitting
the required forms to the VA, contact HCH so that we can submit the school forms on your behalf.

BOROWING BENEFITS WITH EFT MONTHLY WORKSHOP
Held on the third Sunday of each month. From 6:30PM to 7:00PM learn EFT and from 7PM to 9PM group EFT using Borrowing Benefits Technique.
Come to learn EFT at 6:30 PM or if you know EFT then just come to the group at 7PM. Cost $25/evening. (U.S. Vets Free).

VIDEO CONFERENCING THERAPY SESSIONS
Holly Holmes-Meredith MA, MFT is now offering private remote sessions in Hypnotherapy, EFT and EMDR. You must have a PC or Mac, a video camera and AIM.
Experience useing this technology is necessary please. Call or go to the Request Info page to make an appointment to work with Holly from your location!.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT
HCH has approval by the California Board of Registered Nurses for
continuing education credits and approval for CE Credits for MFTs, LCSWs and Acupuncturists from
the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
VETERAN FUNDING
HCH Institute for Hypnotherapy and Psycho-Spiritual Trainings has final approval by the Department of Veterans Affairs for funding to
provide training in hypnotherapy for veterans and other eligible people under the GI Bill and dependents education assistance progams.
HCH's 200 Hypnotherapy Certification Program is approved. For details on the dates and course

In order to get the benefits started, the veteran or other eligible person will need to file an appropriate application.
